High quality achievements

Once the grapes have been harvested, they are brought to the winery in various small containers. Then comes the time of the pressing which is carried out in large pneumatic presses which makes it possible to press delicately to obtain a grape juice of great quality.

The obtained must is then directly protected from oxidation by CO2 and a thermoregulation system allows to cool the musts immediately during the settling, then the fermentations with indigenous yeasts, i.e. yeasts coming from the natural environment, are started in barrels for a perfect result. In order to maintain the quality of our wines, the entire production is subject to the rules of organic agriculture, to which is added the biodynamic method, which allows our wines to express all their character and the best of this terroir.
